Why isn't it priced per request?
Because a busy month shouldn't cost more than a slow one. Charging by volume punishes exactly the months you most need the tool, and it makes the bill impossible to predict.
What happens if I go over the monthly cap?
Nothing abrupt. The cap is there so one runaway integration can't run up a bill, not as a meter. If you are regularly near it, that is a conversation and not an automatic charge.
What if I downgrade?
You keep every request, note, score and reply. A lower plan locks the screens that plan does not include. It never deletes what those screens managed.
Do you message my customers automatically?
No. Pipecue writes reply drafts and somebody on your team approves each one before it sends. That is enforced in the database, and there is no setting that turns it off.
Is my data shared with other companies?
No. Every query is scoped to your company. There is no shared request pool and no marketplace. Your requests are only ever yours.
