The deal, in plain language.
These terms cover using Pipecue. Last updated 6 August 2026.
This is an agreement between Jacob Noseworthy (“we”) and the business using Pipecue (“you”). Using the product means accepting it.
What we provide
Pipecue takes the quote requests your business receives, scores them on two axes, drafts replies for your review, and helps you track follow-ups and outcomes. We provide the service as it exists at the time you use it.
What you are responsible for
- The replies you send. Pipecue drafts; a person on your team approves and sends. What reaches a homeowner is your message, in your name.
- Your judgement. The scores are an aid to triage, not advice and not a decision. Which jobs you take, what you charge, and what you promise are yours.
- Your account. Keep sign-in links and API tokens to the people who should have them, and revoke a token when someone leaves.
- The data you bring. You must have the right to enter, import or forward the personal information you put into Pipecue, and to have us process it.
What you may not do
- Use Pipecue to send unsolicited commercial messages, or anything CASL prohibits.
- Try to reach another customer's data, or probe the service for a way to.
- Resell access, or use the product to build a competing lead marketplace.
Your data
Your leads, notes, replies and outcomes remain yours. We process them to run the service and for nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not use one customer's data to benefit another. On the plans that include it you can export everything as CSV at any time, and we will provide an export on request regardless of plan if you are leaving.
The privacy policy covers how personal information is handled and is part of these terms.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; we do not pro-rate partial months. If a price changes, we will tell you before it applies to you.
Downgrading locks the features the lower plan does not include. It does not delete your leads, notes, scores or replies.
The 30-day refund
If Pipecue is not right for your shop, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to argue for it.
The specifics, so there is nothing to discover later. It covers the first payment a company makes, once — it is not a rolling monthly guarantee, and it does not reset if you cancel and subscribe again. It is the one exception to not pro-rating partial months. Ask by emailing jacobnoseworthy76@gmail.com; cancelling on its own does not start a refund, because most cancellations are not asking for one. Refunds go back to the card Stripe charged, and we do not keep your data after a refund any longer than the retention window in the privacy policy allows.
Availability
We aim to keep Pipecue running and available, but we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. Scoring depends on an external model provider; when it is unavailable, leads are still captured and stored, and scoring is retried. Losing a score is an inconvenience; losing a lead is not acceptable, and the product is built accordingly.
Ending it
You can stop using Pipecue whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is putting the service or other customers at risk, or that is being used for the things listed above, and we will tell you why. After an account closes, homeowner personal information is scheduled for deletion per the retention window in the privacy policy.
Liability
Pipecue is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost jobs or lost revenue, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and consumer-protection rights that apply to you are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. For a material change we will give notice in the product before it takes effect, so continuing to use Pipecue is a real choice rather than an assumed one.
